I called the toll free number for ILD Teleservices @ 1-800-433-4518 and was given the number for JPL Voicemail services (1-800-477-9089. Talked to a guy named Dion. Very friendly. Promised to refund my charges. We will wait and see. ILD promised to put block the charges from ILD and JPL.
I don't know what kind of requirements the phone company asks for, but they did not contact me before adding this company to my bill.
It just pays for me to check my bill more closely each month. I am not on a fixed income, but I still don't have money to throw away.
