ILD Telecommunications-started billing without my permission

ILD Telecommunications complaint
ILD Telecommunications or a representative of their company had called and offered me internet website advertising. Having been through a similiar ordeal, I told them I would accept their 1 month free offer so I could see the website. I did not even view the alleged website before the month was up.

I was told on the phone that I WOULD NOT be charged without being contacted again. Well my phone bill arrived and sure enough there was a charge on the bill. I was lead to believe that I would not be billed unless I gave consent to continue with the services.

Thank you to this site for getting me a contact number through which I could cancel my "subscription".

I usually decline these phone solicitations and hang up, but they just KEEP calling. It is ridiculous. NO means NO.

mail them a formal cease and desist letter, stating that any further contact from that company will result in a lawsuit.
