My telephone bill for my home number had an additional $64.65. When requested clarification from Bell Canada, I was told that they will remove the charge and its up to IDL Telecommunications to bill me separately as Bell Canada will reverse back the charges to them?

My question is why would Bell Canada bill its customers on behalf of a company known to be making fraud charges?

If Bell Canada agrees to put those charges on its statement, won't that make Bell Canada a partner in those fraud charges? I ask CRTC to investigate this with Bell Canada
